How is shipping handled for heavy stone fountains?
Large fountains are shipped via LTL freight carriers. They are securely crated and delivered with a lift-gate service to your curbside or driveway. You will be contacted by the carrier to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do I need to hire a plumber to install my fountain?
Most of our fountains are self-contained and do not require a dedicated water line. They operate using a recirculating pump; you simply fill the basin with water and plug the pump into a standard outdoor electrical outlet.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your fountain arrives damaged, please document the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.
How do I maintain my fountain during the winter?
In freezing climates, we recommend draining the fountain entirely and removing the pump to store indoors. If the fountain cannot be moved, use a fountain cover to prevent water from collecting and freezing in the basins, which can cause cracking.
Are the pumps energy-efficient?
Yes, all our fountains include high-quality, UL-listed pumps designed for continuous use with minimal energy consumption, typically costing about the same as a standard light bulb to operate.
Can I use these fountains indoors?
While many of our fountains are designed for outdoor use, any model labeled as 'indoor/outdoor' is suitable for interior spaces. We recommend using a splash guard or placing them on waterproof surfaces to protect your flooring.
