Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the item in its original protective crate or box, ensuring all pumps, hardware, and decorative elements are securely padded to prevent transit damage.

  Shipping and Logistics

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized stone fountains.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the item is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
